Aaron has over twenty-three years of experience as an invoice finance and asset based lending professional. The majority of his career has been spent in senior risk and operational roles, leading large teams and managing diverse portfolios of clients.
A former client, Aaron joined Equiniti Riskfactor in September 2012 with a remit to widen its reach. His previous roles have included National Head of Portfolio for GE Capital, Head of Operational Credit for Barclays and National Operations Manager at NAB. Whilst at Barclays, Aaron introduced the EQ Riskfactor software into the business and so can offer valuable support from personal experience regarding the implementation process for new clients.
Aaron has an impressive track record for delivering innovative solutions to loss mitigation in the commercial finance sector. These solutions have ranged from policy refinements to the harnessing of technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management.
Mark was previously Head of the Risk Control Unit at Barclays, and joined Equiniti Riskfactor in June 2017. Mark has over nineteen years of experience within invoice finance and asset based lending and has worked at a senior level leading teams with risk management as their core focus.
At Barclays, Mark was instrumental in embedding the EQ Riskfactor software, enabling effective risk management processes to be implemented. Mark is a certified accountant and holds FCCA status.
Leigh has significant experience in the financial services industry and specialises in the Asset Based Lending and Factoring space. Leigh has held senior leadership roles across the industry and worked in both US and international financial services organisations. Leigh’s outstanding commitment to the industry along with her excellent grasp of the challenges that lenders face means she is well placed to share her knowledge with lenders and her experiences of implementing new technology to improve risk management processes.
Leigh has held Director positions within the Commercial Finance Association and American Factoring Association and actively participates in supporting women in the industry through the Women In Commercial Finance.
Andrea has twenty-one years of banking experience with fourteen of these spent in the Invoice Finance sector through Client Management and other leadership roles at Clydesdale Yorkshire Bank (CYBG). At CYBG, Andrea was pivotal to the deployment of EQ Riskfactor software and enabling effective risk management processes. In her role as Account Director, Andrea is responsible for advising best practise use of EQ Riskfactor to ensure that the software is configured to meet the customer's risk and operational needs.
Jason joined Equiniti Riskfactor in 2002 and leads the development team who continually enhance the EQ Riskfactor product to accommodate the emerging business needs of our Clients. He has been responsible for managing the product through several major version releases. Jason is a Chartered Member of the BCS and volunteer assessor with their chartered membership programme.
Jason oversees all research and new product development. He has a special interest in Data Analytics and Information Security, and recently completed a Master’s Degree in Information Security and Digital Forensics.
Jon has more than 15 years’ experience as an IT professional , delivering and supporting Management Information Systems within the finance and telecommunications industries.
Jon joined Equiniti Riskfactor in 2005, and since 2008 he has led the team responsible for the delivery and ongoing support of EQ Riskfactor, working closely with our customer's technical support teams.
Jon project-managed the development and deployment of Equiniti Riskfactor’s Quality Management System which led to the business gaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. The QMS underpins the high standards of product and service delivery, for which EQ Riskfactor is renowned across the commercial finance industry.
