Equiniti Riskfactor recently conducted its annual survey of clients, to measure their satisfaction with the business, and we are proud to report that the feedback in all areas was extremely positive.
As well as 100% score for being easy to deal with we also achieved a 100% customer satisfaction rating and an NPS (Net Promoter Score) score of 69 which we are very proud of.
In addition, 96% of respondents also stated that they believe EQ Riskfactor is a vital risk tool for their organisation. We are extremely pleased to hear that our clients not only value the information being produced, but that they regard the software as an important part of their daily risk monitoring processes.
