The rebrand is part of the ongoing strategy to develop the Equiniti Riskfactor brand into new markets and launch new software solutions. The new branding now coordinates with the Equiniti family of brands, there has been a gradual integration into the Equiniti business since the acquisition in 2016.
Equiniti Riskfactor is part of the Equiniti Digital division, which is responsible for providing hosting, infrastructure and business process management to some of the UK's largest financial institutions and public sector organisations.
