Twenty clients from leading banks including NatWest, Metro Bank, RBS and Barclays joined the Equiniti Riskfactor team at its second user forum on 23 October at the Sofitel, Gatwick. The aim of the day was to help clients get the most from their risk platform and time was spent presenting best practice and getting insight into clients’ needs.
Later during the session, clients worked in break out groups to discuss how technology can improve their on-boarding process. During the brainstorming session clients highlighted what additional information they’d like to see featured in EQ Riskfactor’s Debtor module. By engaging with clients, the team received direct user feedback which will help shape products going forward. It proved to be a really rewarding and useful event for everyone who attended and took part in the discussions.
It was exciting to talk to so many of our clients in one place, they were all very engaged and full of new ideas. We also invited our German partner, efcom, to the event which added a European perspective to the discussions. We plan to hold more of these very useful user forums in 2020 which will form a key part of our client engagement plans.— Aaron Hughes, MD Equiniti Riskfactor
